Queensland Premier Peter Beattie announced QLD’s ClimateSmart strategy to address climate change.

The strategy includes $50 million for the Queensland Renewable Energy Fund, which will be accessed through a competitive bidding process and provide support to develop emerging technologies such as geothermal and solar thermal in QLD.
