Torrens Energy announced some significant changes to its Board of Directors.

Coming onto the Board are Mr David Eiszele, former Managing Director of Western Power, and Mr Marcus Gracey, corporate and intellectual property lawyer. Existing Board member, Dr Dennis Gee, will become Non-Executive Chairman, while Mr Mal James will step aside to make way for the newcomers.
