GDY’s 100% subsidiary Geodynamics Power Systems Pty Ltd has merged with the Icelandic company Exorka ehf to form a new company, Exorka International Ltd. The new company will be headed by Mr Phil Hutchings, former GM of Geodynamics Power Systems.
