Articles appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age (and perhaps elsewhere) on Monday 19th February concerned the on-going ramifications of the earth tremors which occurred during hydraulic stimulation of the Deep Heat Mining project in Switzerland in December. 

To quote The Age: 

“Prosecutors are now investigating everyone involved in the project to determine criminal responsibility, amid allegations that project officials knew there was a risk of triggering earthquakes...Swiss prosecutors say that all partners in the scheme could face charges of causing material damages and spreading fear.”
