The day after confirming its Indian prospects, Uranoz Ltd announced on Wednesday 28th that it received unanimous shareholder permission to change the company name to Panax Geothermal Ltd (ASX code: PAX) and divest itself of all its uranium exploration assets.

This will leave PAX as a purely geothermal focussed company. The changes will take effect following final registration with ASIC.
