Torrens Energy Limited became the first geothermal energy company to release an IPO since Geothermal Resources around a year ago. 

Torrens is looking to raise $6m through the issue of 30 million 20¢ shares to carry out exploration over a portfolio of 14 licences in South Australia’s “Adelaide Geosyncline”. 

The prospectus is available from www.torrensenergy.com.au and closes on March 21.
