Hot Rock Ltd has entered into an exclusive option to acquire Bernried Erdwärme AG, a private German geothermal development company with a combined heat and power project in the Molasse Basin south of Munich.

HRL has also recruited Phil Hutchings, formerly of Geodynamics Power Systems and Exorka International Ltd,as General Manager Commercial.
