An update on Petratherm Ltd’s overseas projects has been released. PTR’s China team is set to undertake a field trip in China with Government institutions and provincial representatives. Bigger news from Spain, though, where the exploitable potential of PTR’s Madrid Geothermal Exploration Licence area has been estimated at 170 PJ (just above the annual gas production from SA’s Cooper Basin). PTR is now commissioning an independent assessment to comply with the new Australian Geothermal Energy Code for Resources and Reserves Reporting.
