Geodynamics Ltd has announced board movements. Doone Wyborn and Neil Galwey retired as Directors (Doone will remain with GDY as Chief Scientific Officer), while Mr Banmali Agrawala was elected as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Agrawal has a mechanical engineering background and is currently Executive Director – Strategy & Business Development with the Tata Power Company Ltd (India).
