A teleconference of the organising committee has agreed that the next Australian Geothermal Energy Conference will be held in Brisbane from 10–13 November 2009 at a venue to be decided. These dates were chosen to coordinate with the NZ Geothermal Workshop, scheduled for 16–18 November, which will allow people to travel from Brisbane to Auckland over the weekend.
